Kreeva plans ₹5,000 crore expansion; targets two residential projects annually

Kreeva plans to invest ₹5,000 crore in residential developments across Delhi-NCR within the next four to five years. This strategy includes launching two new projects each year, targeting both luxury and multi-generational housing. Following recent successes with the Swaranaya project in South Delhi and another venture in Gurugram, Kreeva is also exploring options in Chandigarh and Lucknow, emphasizing ultra-luxury housing in chosen markets.

Trehan IRIS plans to make IRIS Broadway Greno West operational in Q1 2027. The company is investing ₹400 crore in the retail component and another ₹135 crore in a 135-room Courtyard by Marriott hotel at the mixed-use development. The mall is targeting annual retail consumption of over ₹580 crore in its first year, rising to around ₹700 crore in the second year.

Retail space absorption across India reached about 5.8 million sq ft during January-September 2026, up around 19% year-on-year. Delhi-NCR, Mumbai and Hyderabad together accounted for nearly 67% of total leasing, while new retail supply stood at about 1.8 million sq ft.
