Arkade Developers’ net profit declines 46% to ₹24.80 crore in Q2 FY27

Arkade Developers reported a striking 45.9 percent drop in net profit for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, with total income falling by 44.6 percent compared to the prior fiscal year. Notably, collections saw a 22 percent rise year-on-year, reaching ₹183 crore. In the first half of FY27, net profit declined by 41.1 percent alongside a 31.3 percent decrease in total income.
