The Bhubaneswar Development Authority may soon prolong the deadline for applications to the Ekamra Residency housing project, as it has garnered only 200 applications for 496 flats since its inception. Concerns over pricing have significantly impacted potential buyers, who find the costs to be steep in the current market. The BDA is reassessing the circumstances to better assist aspiring homeowners as they proceed.
