A consumer court in Mumbai has ordered Soundlines Eco Homes to refund Rs 45.45 lakh to the buyer. The court found the builder guilty of deficiency in service after failing to deliver the flat. The promised possession date was December 31, 2016, but it was repeatedly delayed. The buyer expressed distress due to the builder's demands and lack of transparency about the construction.
