India office gross leasing rises to record 61.06 million sq ft in Jan-Sep 2026: Report

Gross office leasing across India’s top seven cities reached a record 61.06 million sq ft during January-September 2026, while net absorption rose 5.3% year-on-year to an all-time high of about 42 million sq ft. GCC leasing increased 30.6% YoY and accounted for 42.9% of total leasing.
