Kolte-Patil Developers showcased impressive financial growth with a consolidated net profit of ₹5.70 crore for Q2 FY27. The company saw its total income soar to ₹351.51 crore, a significant jump from ₹161.75 crore. Record pre-sales of ₹1,019 crore marked a remarkable 52 percent increase year-on-year. For H1 FY27, the total income hit ₹1,288.13 crore, rising from ₹258.56 crore in the last fiscal year, signaling a robust performance.
