Savvy India to add 1.8 million sq ft in GIFT City by July 2027

Savvy India has around seven million sq ft under development in GIFT City and approximately 2.5 million sq ft of operational space that is fully leased. The company is also expanding beyond residential and commercial real estate into hospitality, GCC offices, industrial warehousing, energy and social infrastructure across Gujarat and Mumbai.
