Sri Lotus Developers and Realty promoter Anand Kamalnayan Pandit proposes to sell up to 2.88 crore shares, representing 5.89% of the company’s paid-up equity capital, through an offer for sale. The base offer comprises a 4.87% stake, with an additional 1.02% oversubscription option.
