Sugam plans ₹2,800 crore development across three Kolkata projects in FY27

Sugam plans to launch three residential projects aggregating about 5.5 million sq ft in FY27, involving an overall construction cost of more than ₹2,800 crore. The Kolkata-based developer is targeting ₹750-800 crore of sales value in FY27, compared with around ₹375 crore in FY26, and is also evaluating a ₹100 crore institutional capital raise.
